Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and odor free and tags
must still be attached.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped
from our warehouse.
Refunds are only issued in the form of an online/facebook store credit.
We DO NOT issue CASH refunds.
Please review your order as soon as your receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP. If an item is no longer in stock we will do our best to reorder the item for you or issue you a store credit.

If your order is after the 14 day time limit or does not meet the guidelines listed above, the items will be sent back to you and you will be billed the shipping. If you do not want the item to be sent back to you, it will be donated to charity.
